Motorcycle gets rear ended but rider was OK.
A lot of people tell me that when you stop on a bike, you are supposed to leave it in first gear and look at the mirror to make sure the car or truck behind is gonna stop in time. If not, you should be ready to "escape". Makes a lot of sense, especially after watching this video but really most riders just leave the bike in neutral, stand up and fold arms.
